Calendar: Interdisciplinary Investigations III: Digital Citizenship and Teen Voice - "In The Grid"

Event Description

Enter the grid in this unique workshop, where teens and educators will come together to lead and learn from one another in this silent social experiment!

Utilizing contemporary art as a starting point, this workshop will consist of hands-on activities and discussions around relevant topics relating to digital citizenship. Participants will engage in live anonymous chat room discussions and polls revolving around controversial topics of today’s digital era. Educators will learn how to actively engage their middle and high school students through a variety of digital media as a way to foster interdisciplinary connections and encourage critical thinking.

Are you ready to enter the digital frontier...are you ready to enter the grid?
