On Saturday, December 10, 2016, history was made at Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) in partnership with Girl’s Club. A coincidental ode to Miami’s area code, 305 female artists from across South Florida gathered and posed for a photograph together in participation for Now Be Here #3, a project created by Kim Schoenstadt which aims to capture female identifying artists.

Pérez Art Museum Miami was named as one the best venues to tie the knot in the February issue of BRIDES. The publication talked to brides across the country to find out what venues offer the most “stellar views, creative cuisine and above-and-beyond service.” The publication highlighted PAMM’s hanging gardens, city skyline and open-air portico among the reasons a wedding at PAMM is unforgettable. On Thursday, December 15, guests came out to PAMM to enjoy the monthly Third Thursday: Poplife Social. Guests enjoyed live a performance by indie folk artist Jay Thomas and DJ sets by Arthur Baker. PAMM members joined in the Third Thursday Lounge for complimentary drinks provided by Beck’s Urban Canvas and Kim Crawford. Guests also enjoyed the first ever on-site PAMM Shop Pop Up which featured merchandise exclusive to PAMM.
