Blog: PAMM Free Second Saturday: Sensory Sculpture

On December 9, 2017, hundreds of guests visited the museum as part of PAMM Free Second Saturday: Sensory Sculpture.

On the terrace, visitors participated in art-making activities inspired by Jesús Rafael Soto’s piece, "Penetrable BBL Blue 2/8." Inside the galleries, artist Dara Friedman signed copies of her catalogue and led a tour of her exhibition, "Dara Friedman: Perfect Stranger." Goya, a PAMM partner and our Spanish language tour sponsor, joined in on the fun with an interactive kids station, a sampling of delicious Goya products, and a Goya-commissioned sculpture titled "¡OLÉ!" made entirely out of Goya cans by artist Alexander Mijares. Be sure to stop by next month for a day of hands-on activities and guided tours, including one in Spanish presented by Goya.
