Visitors unearthed the healing power of music with activities inspired by peace, including an instrument-making workshop and pop-up performances. In PAMM’s auditorium, Nobel Peace Prize winner Rigoberta Menchú Tum held a public art talk, presented in partnership with PeaceJam Southeast Miami. In the galleries, PAMM held another activation of “Miami Stories,” a sound booth in which Cuban exiles living in South Florida are invited to share their stories, as part of a special project made in collaboration with PAMM, HistoryMiami and WLRN.
